UYAR® was founded in 1996 by Ufuk Uyar in Brackwede (Bielefeld). UYAR® is an international company. The company's headquarters are in Künsebeck, in the district of Gütersloh.
UYAR® is a customer-oriented medium-sized company with highly qualified and creative employees as well as the know-how of the latest production technology in the field of device and mechanical engineering and offers holistic system solutions.
Driven by its own development and research work, UYAR® continuously delivers innovations and high quality in its products with new and further developments. UYAR® thinks and acts in the long term, and customer satisfaction is always the top priority for all companies. Due to the targeted implementation, planning and expansion of the business branches, UYAR® is now one of the leading system providers in the region.
Due to the success and the resulting growth of the company, a change of name was carried out in 2023. In the course of the change of name in 2023, UYAR Technology Center was renamed UYAR GmbH & Co. KG. UYAR® stands for technical excellence and precision.

UYAR® Kebab Slicer manufactory
The UYAR® Doner Slicer Manufactory division is the technology leader in the doner knife industry. As early as 2005, UYAR® invented the magnetic switch and the automatic washing program for the electric kebab knife. Numerous registered utility models and patents show the inventive spirit and the unique competence in the production of electric kebab knives at UYAR®.
UYAR® Präzisionstechnik
The UYAR® Präzisionstechnik division is a certified system supplier. UYAR® core competencies lie in CNC machining, component assembly, laser marking and surface technology. UYAR® Vision
The UYAR® Vision division has its origins in many years of experience as a user and service provider in CNC machining. UYAR® camera technology offers visual surveillance cameras for manufacturing processes in wet areas of processing machines.
