UYAR S-Class doner knives
The S-Class kebab knives UYAR S120, UYAR S150 and UYAR S180 which were developed by UYAR in 2006 and have since been manufactured in the own factory in Halle/Westphalia were exclusively sold from 2007 to the beginning of 2022 by the market leader in the field of kebab grills POTIS GmbH & CO. KG as an exclusive sales partner exclusively under its own brand.
For reasons of sales policy we have made the decision and are very pleased to be able to offer as the developer and original manufacturer of the UYAR S-Class kebab knives our models UYAR S120 Plus, UYAR S150 Plus and UYAR S180 Plus with the exclusive range of service known since 2007 and the usual outstanding quality. We continue to only sell kebab knives „Made in Germany“.
Due to our many years of experience in the production of our S-Class models we can guarantee a high quality standard and we like to compete fairly. Of course we guarantee the availability of spare parts for all S-Class models from our company and offer a repair service. This includes the S-Class models produced by us for POTIS GmbH & Co. KG from the years 2007 to 2022.
UYAR iCut doner knives
The new revised iCut doner knives are a high-quality alternative to the known doner cutters on the market. The UYAR iCut models have a similar cutting adjustment for easier and stepless cutting. The iCut models all have a wear-free magnetic switch, are lighter and are operated by a compact electronic power supply with 130W. You can choose between three different handle types (straight, ergonomic handle and pistol handle) and three different performance levels (BasicLine, MasterLine and PremiumLine). The extensive product range guarantees the right professional doner knives for every application. The different performance levels offer losless power transfer to the meat to be processed. Even the entry-level model BasicLine offers more performance, more safety, less wear and less device failures comparable competing products.
UYAR iToast contact grills
The UYAR contact grills in modern UYAR design are robust and reliable helpers that were specially developed for the gastronomy. Due to the excellent heat storage of the solid cast iron plates, food is prepared quickly. The plates are made of gray cast iron and do not require a non-stick coating, are insensitive to mechanical impact and can therefore be cleaned intensively without causing damage to the material.

UYAR is one of the technology leaders on the doner knives industry. Already in 2005 we invented the magnetic switch and the automatic washing program for the electric doner knives. Since then we have been offering innovative and unbeatably efficent solutions for the practice, which prove themselves every day even in the toughest continuous use in the gastronomy. A lot of registered utility models and patents show our inventiveness and our unique competence in the production of electric kebab knives.
The precision, quality, robustness and reliability of the doner knives is guaranteed by our own development and production with highly qualified employees and the latest technology in the UYAR Technology Center in Halle/Westphalia Germany.
