The blade is made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel that has been vacuum-hardened to 56 - 57 Rockwell degrees of hardness. The matt polished cutting edge offers optimum rust resistance. To ensure that every knife is perfectly sharpened from the start, the final grind or fine sharpening is done by hand.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of particularly non-slip material (TPE) that is pleasant to the touch and, thanks to the well-shaped protective nose, provides a secure hold and reduces the risk of the knife-wielding hand slipping off.
The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and meets the requirements of the European food directives. The knives are dishwasher safe. Manual cleaning is recommended to protect the cutting edge.
