• Electronic power supply of the 3rd generation
  The 3rd generation power supply unit is the most powerful doner knife power supply unit on the market. It automatically adjusts to an input voltage of 110V or 220V and is equipped with safety features such as over-current protection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection and short-circuit protection. The optimized short-term load of up to 260 watts enables problem-free cutting of crispy meat. Improved performance with modified connector and higher quality H05RN-F rubber cable. • Highspeed DC Motor with a microcontroller (CPU)
  A microprocessor-controlled high-speed DC motor with constant speed control ensures powerful, clean cutting without loss of taste. In addition, the built-in temperature control protects the motor from overheating. This avoids an engine-related defect.
• Waterproof (IP67)
  IP67 means, on the one hand, that the device is dustproof and, on the other hand, that it is protected against temporary submersion up to a depth of one meter for a maximum of 30 minutes. Of course, this water protection according to IP67 only applies to clear fresh water. The protection class does not provide protection for other liquids such as salt water, soapy water, alcohol or heated substances. Additionally, it is important to regularly re-grease the bearing according to the instructions to ensure that no water can penetrate.
  
  The kebab slicer handpiece is waterproof according to IP67. This can prevent expensive equipment failures caused by contamination and water during business operations and cleaning.
  Note: The kebab slicer is not dishwasher safe and should not be left under water for longer than 30 minutes. The bearing must be re-greased regularly according to the instructions to ensure that no water can enter. The power supply must be protected from water!
