Delivery
Depending on the size (product group, quantity and size) of the order, shipping is by DHL, UPS or by a forwarding department.
Shipping within Germany
Within Germany (mainland) we ship free of charge*¹ from a minimum order value of 30€. This includes parcel shipping and also forwarding shipping. Shipping to German islands and mountain stations is free of charge up to the last station on the mainland or Valley Station.
Collection (Click & Collect) - ex works
If desired, the order can be picked up conveniently and free of charge from our company headquarters in Künsebeck (Carl-Bosch-Straße 6, 33790 Halle Westphalia) Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm. Depending on the availability of the respective article, the goods can be picked up on the same day. In order to avoid unnecessary waiting times, prior appointments must be made by telephone (+49 (0) 5201 97180-0). During the ordering “Pickup (ex works)” must be selected for this.
Shipping abroad
Shipping within the European Union:
For shipping within the European Union we charge a flat rate of 18,90 €*¹.
This applies to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus
For delivery to Poland, please order directly from our base dealer for Poland!
Shipping outside the European Union:
The shipping costs for the rest of the world are calculated separately!
No general information on shipping costs abroad can be given. If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please contact us by phone (+49 (0) 5201 97180-0) or email us (sales@uyarkebab.com) before or after placing your order. Please tell us the article with the quantity, the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can ship to the desired country or to the desired delivery address and inform you of the shipping costs. Due to currently fluctuating prices, we would like to determine the best possible daily price for your order with our shipping partner and offer you.
If you take care of the transport yourself, select Pickup (ex works) as the shipping option in the ordering process. Collection takes place at our company headquarters in Halle Westphalia.

Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the product and is usually 2 – 14 working days, depending on availability and shipping method. If you order multiple items that have different delivery times, we will try to send the order in one shipment. In this case, the total delivery time applicable to the item of your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment. You can see the exact delivery times on the respective product pages.
In case of payment in advance/bank transfer, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank, or in case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a state-recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
